动听的音乐,柔和的灯光,优美的舞姿让您尽情陶醉在这最为有效的健身减肥运动。在享受中锻炼,在潇洒中表现自我。比起那乏味的原地健身,剧烈易伤身的球类比赛和单调的绕场跑步,社交舞(Ballroom Dance)是您能想象出的最佳健身组合。无需昂贵的器材,不用坚强的意志,一场三小时的舞会,其运动量相当于一场激烈的蓝球比赛!所以又称它为体育舞蹈(DANCE SPORT),国际奥委会正在考虑将它加入奥运项目。社交舞集运动,艺术和娱乐于一身;而且在舞会中通过舞伴更换,促进人际交流,将忧愁烦恼抛在脑后,是在周末为工作和家庭琐事减压排忧的好法子,对身心健康也是一大益处。不少医学研究证明华尔兹是恢复心脏健康的最好锻炼。北卡华人体育舞蹈协会(NCCDSA: North Carolina Chinese Dance Sport Association)将在每月的一到两个星期六晚7-10点在教堂山举行舞会。有半小时教基本舞步(7-7:30pm,会员免费),让有兴趣但不会跳舞的人也能加入。在舞会中场时间将会有随机配对跳慢步舞,让大家都有机会跳而不总坐冷板凳。希望大家踊跃报名参加我们的舞协。我们有三种不同的, 收到的会费,将用于租场地和喝水费。有意者请与我们联系

Mission Statement:

 

To promote our physical fitness and mental wellbeing through social dance sport in an enjoyable manner.

 

NCCDSA holds ballroom dance parties twice a month from 7 pm - 9:45 pm at Chapel Hill. There is a free lesson with every party for basic ballroom steps. We will be playing music for your favorite dances include International and American style of Standard and Latin dances, also Swing, Salsa and Ping Si.

 

The annual membership benefits include free admission to all dance parties and free lessons for one full year.
